Step 1 - Trying to find a routine

Well, this is not working yet.

I started off well this year, dropping 4 kg already, taking ice skating lessons and hitting the gym a couple of times but after 2 successive colds I'm a bit stuck. 

I've also failed to hit the swimming pool yet. 

Why is it not working? 

Looking inside, I think I lack the discipline to do things when they're not compulsory, planned, and/or in a group. Somewhere during and after my darker years I've lost the balance in being kind to myself vs discipline. 

Ideally, I should find a way to include discipline as being kind to myself, or even interpret it as self-love maybe?

Anyway, new week, new opportunities - starting with an extra time ice skating!
